Welcome, team. Please check this week’s schedule and confirm that you have the latest training packet before arrival.
Serve together.
Stay connected.
A private team space for approved Camp Agape mentors and volunteers to receive updates, find documents, and communicate clearly.
How do you serve?
Choose your role to request access to the right team spaces.
Your request is ready for review.
Camp Agape leadership will verify your connection and role before granting access.
Your role and contact information are recorded in this browser demo.
Stephen checks the request and approves the correct access level.
The approved member receives mentor or volunteer rooms.

System boundary
Adult coordination only. Do not store camper names, histories, medical details, photographs, disclosures, or case information in this portal.
Prototype data stays in this browser. No email, upload, authentication, or server database is active.
Access requests
Verify each adult’s connection to Camp Agape before assigning Mentor or Volunteer access.
Leadership queue
Three fictional requests plus any request submitted in this browser.
Approval in this prototype changes browser-only demonstration state. It does not create an account or send an invitation.
Member directory
Review roles, season status, invitations, and adult-team access in one place.
| Adult member | Role | Season | Status | Last activity | Action |
|---|
Roles & permissions
Keep every capability visible so access decisions are understandable and reviewable.
Permission principle
Roles open only the spaces required for that adult’s current service. Hiding a button is not authorization; the production system must enforce every permission on the server.
Current role model
Leadership manages access and official content. Mentors receive mentor coordination. Volunteers receive operations coordination. Shared resources remain common.
Announcements
Publish one clear source of truth to everyone or to a selected service role.

Documents
Control versions, audiences, and whether a file ends with the season or remains permanent.
Retention rule: New files are seasonal by default. Permanent status requires an explicit, logged promotion by leadership.
Schedules
Publish briefings, preparation sessions, and adult-team gatherings to the right audience.

Current demonstration events
Rooms
Give each conversation a clear purpose, audience, and publishing boundary.
Rooms are for adult coordination. A general room must never become an informal camper record or incident-reporting system.
Seasons & retention
Mentor and volunteer access changes each year. Review before renewing, archiving, or deleting anything.
Annual rollover
No deletion or expiration action is active in this prototype.
Audit activity
See who made an administrative decision, what changed, and when it happened.
| Time | Administrator | Action | Target | Result |
|---|
Settings
Review leadership contacts, retention defaults, and operational boundaries before a backend is connected.
Leadership notifications
No email or backup service is connected.
Retention defaults
Annual cleanup must always begin with a review preview.
Production security
- Passwordless or invitation-based adult authentication
- Server-enforced permissions on every request
- Private file storage with expiring downloads
- Access revocation and audit persistence
- Encrypted backup and recovery testing
Prototype state
v0.2 stores its demonstration state in this browser only. Use a separate browser profile when testing different roles.
Run it. Verify it. Preserve it.
This page travels inside Camp Agape Connect v0.2 so the next local operator receives the project’s purpose, commands, safeguards, tests, and development boundary with the application itself.
Local launch
Serve the directory containing index.html.
Open http://127.0.0.1:8080/. Bind to 0.0.0.0 only when Lewis explicitly requests trusted local-network access.
Required acceptance checks
Non-negotiable boundaries
- Serve only the application directory—not archives or parent folders.
- Do not publish, tunnel, or expose the prototype publicly.
- Do not introduce camper names, histories, photographs, medical information, or disclosures.
- Do not describe localStorage as secure authentication or a production database.
- Preserve the original v0.1 ZIP and this v0.2 package unchanged before extending.
- Record every future change in the changelog.

Claude’s next responsibility
Run v0.2 unchanged first. Verify both adult-role journeys, every administration section, responsive behavior, console output, and the absence of external transmission. Report actual failures before changing code. After Lewis reviews the interface, build only the next approved product slice and preserve the visual language, privacy boundary, seasonal default, explicit permanent promotion, and review-before-deletion law.
Do not turn the Witness Archive into application content. It preserves continuity and privacy rules; it is not a source of camper stories, demonstrations, or public copy.
